Organizer Agreement

Official Agreement for Event Hosts • Updated February 2026

1. Purpose

This Organizer Agreement governs the relationship between CashVoteGH ("the Platform") and any individual or organization ("Organizer") hosting voting events through CashVoteGH.

2. Organizer Responsibilities

By creating an event on CashVoteGH, the Organizer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate event, category, and nominee information
  • Ensure nominees are legitimate participants
  • Promote the event ethically and without fraud
  • Accept final voting results generated by the platform
  • Comply with all Ghanaian laws and regulations

3. Platform Role & Limitations

CashVoteGH provides voting technology, payment processing, and analytics tools. The Platform does not:

  • Guarantee event success or minimum revenue
  • Control organizer decisions or nominee conduct
  • Take responsibility for disputes between nominees
  • Provide refunds unless system failure occurs
CashVoteGH is a technology provider, not the owner of organizer events.

4. Revenue & Payout Terms

Organizers may earn revenue from votes cast in their events. Payouts are subject to:

  • Platform service fees and payment gateway charges
  • Verification of organizer identity
  • Fraud prevention review before withdrawal

CashVoteGH reserves the right to delay or suspend payouts if suspicious activity is detected.

Organizer Earnings

Event organizers earn revenue from paid votes collected through CashVoteGH, minus platform service fees and payment gateway charges.

Payout Schedule

  • Payouts become available after an event ends.
  • Standard payout window: 3–7 business days.
  • Large events may require additional verification.

Minimum Withdrawal Amount

Organizers must reach a minimum withdrawal threshold of: GHS 200.

Verification Requirement

CashVoteGH may request identity verification before processing payouts to prevent fraud and chargeback abuse.

Suspicious Activity Holds

If fraudulent voting patterns or disputes occur, payouts may be delayed until investigation is complete.

Organizer Responsibility

Organizers are responsible for event legitimacy. CashVoteGH is not liable for organizer disputes or nominee-related issues.

5. Fraud, Abuse & Suspension

CashVoteGH maintains strict anti-fraud systems. Organizers may be suspended if they engage in:

  • Fake nominee entries
  • Vote manipulation or bot activity
  • Misleading event advertising
  • Chargeback abuse
Suspended organizers may lose access to events, funds, and platform services.

6. Event Ownership

Organizers retain ownership of their event branding and nominees. However, CashVoteGH may display event content for marketing and platform visibility.

7. Termination

CashVoteGH may terminate organizer access at any time for violations of this agreement. Organizers may also request account closure, subject to final audit of transactions.
